The micro-adjustable ratcheting buckle of the Sling-Ski® allows for tightening by repeatedly lifting the rear tab (A) of the micro-adjustable ratcheting buckle once the ladder strap (B) is fed through the front of the buckle (C). This action facilitates effortless 2-finger tightening by all, even adults with mildly arthritic hands or children. Release is rapidly achieved by squeezing together the black plastic tab and the nose of the buckle as shown by the arrow above.
